Culls from a breeder is just that culls and there are many reasons to cull fish.For a fish store to call anyones cull fish a new strain [dwarf angelfish]is just wrong.Size is just 1 of the reason to cull angelfish another is the gill plate are small or shape wrong.I guess they may call these a strain to.Most common deformities requiring culling are: 1.) Shortened gill plates 2.) Deformed or missing ventrals fins 3.) Anal fins bent rearward 4.) Belly sliders Cross-breeding and mutant variation has produced many varieties of angelfish but no dwarf angelfish.
