Tank size: minimum 60 gal tank, larger if possible these fish are large, agressive and also love to dig up and re-arrange aquariums. they will eat almost any meaty foods offered as well as live foods and feeder fish. be warned that any fish smaller than them may end up as food. Anything they cant eat may end up beaten to death. make sure a tight lid is kept on the tank as these fish are great jumpers

I would love to Have one of these Fish. I had an Oscar a few years ago that unfortunatly got hole in the head and died. One of these guys is next on my list for big cichlids. I just need the mony for a 4 ft tank and a shatter proof lid. These monsters love to jump. I know a few people who have ended up with broken tank lids from their jumping Practices!
