I have got around the problem of curing my betta of their velvet but how can I save some java-fern that I had in with them? I have put it separate as copper treatment kills it but am now stuck as how to make it safe to go back. I dont really want to throw it out as it is a horribly expensive plant where I live $7.50 a stem! and a quite rare import.
Any chance of saving it!

Thanks. I bought some of the Potassium Permaganate from a chemist. although it was very hard to get as here you arnt allowed to purchase more than 20g at a time (thats more than you will ever need though). I soaked the plants for 15 mins as directed. hope it clears up Velvet on plants!
